What we collect
When you submit a form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, optional email, customer type, product interest, project location, requirement text and any file you upload (for example a BOQ). We also record the page you submitted from and, where present, marketing parameters in the link you arrived through (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content) and the referring website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp, to prepare a quotation, and to understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries. We do not sell your details.
Analytics and advertising tags
This website can use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and enquiries. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive information such as pages viewed and the fact that an enquiry was made. They are loaded only when they are configured for the site.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored on the website's server and are accessible to authorised Khemka Sales staff. Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on the quotation and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your details.
